2. Once I have confirmed an appointment time with you, I will send you a "Getting Started Packet". Please fill this out and bring it to your first session and we will review it together.

Eating disorders are very complex. Having a multi-disciplinary team in place to guide your recovery process is essential. I am here to partner with you as well as coordinate with other professionals that are aiding your recovery in order to best meet your needs both physically and mentally. My ultimate goal is to help you re-establish a balanced and healthy relationship with food and body.
Disordered eating takes on many forms. Some of these forms include very “clean”/restrictive eating, emotional eating, feeling out of control around food, dieting, etc. I am here to work with you to help decrease some of these sabotaging behaviors and move towards a form of eating that supports you being healthy from the inside out.
Intuitive Eating is a philosophy that helps individuals move away from dieting and become attuned to their body’s natural hunger and fullness cues. I will work with you to help guide you through rejecting the diet mentality, making peace with food, learning to recognize what hunger and fullness feels like, challenging food rules, respecting your body, and honoring your health.
